This post is so that I remember all of the "things" I'm blessed with. The biggest blessing in life is salvation. God loves me so much that he gave me the gift of salvation. He blessed me with an amazing family and wonderful friends. On top of all of that he's piled on material things. I am blessed, blessed, blessed.

It's so easy to look around and see all "stuff" that I still want. I want to be aware, every day, of all that I already have.

Thank you God, for blessings on top of blessings on top of blessings!

Blessing Tree

This Christmas I decided to have a "Blessing Tree". I bought little gift cards and have them, with a pen, a roll of string and a pair of scissors on the table by the tree. Any time guests visit during the holidays they can write a blessing for our family. We will keep the tree up until the New Year and look forward to seeing these blessings in our lives!
